    Super beautiful complex with park-like garden, very well maintained. Breakfast very good. View of the garden. Spa small but sufficient.

    Room very small, in the description the room is written out with 25 square meters which unfortunately does not correspond to reality. We were unasked for an upgrade, which in itself is very nice, but unfortunately the premier room is not in the old building and you could hear a permanent unpleasant noise. That's how we did without.

    Delicious breakfast selection with champagne and wine, as for instance served in the restaurant. Unbeatable, enjoyable location in Bath, next to the Michelin restaurant, the garden, and the centre. Also, close enough to the city center.

    The staff were exceptional, friendly and attentive. The room was amazing, indoor pool, gym, steam and sauna were relaxing. Our dinner in the restaurant was a gourmet experience and all of the staff were helpful and attentive to our every need. The food was divine. We had a massage in the spa to further relax. We had a wonderful stay there.

    A Tranquil Escape with Good Dining!

    We recently spent two nights in a lovely Classic Double Room, immersing ourselves in the beautiful gardens and enjoying really good service. The on-site restaurant served very nice meals, particularly the afternoon tea-don't miss it! Remember to book spa services in advance for a relaxing experience.

    The garden spa was truly a dream! 🌸 I loved unwinding in such beautiful surroundings. The only downside was that the indoor pool felt a bit crowded at times.
